Collabit Software Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the usability of our platform and adhere to accessibility standards to make our solution as inclusive as possible for all users.

Standards Compliance

Collabit’s web-based platform is developed with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, aiming for at least Level AA conformance. Our commitment includes ongoing improvements and testing for compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and voice access.

While the default interface is not fully accessible in every configuration, administrators and customers have access to a range of platform configuration options that can greatly enhance accessibility. This includes customizable layouts, field labels, tab order, and visual contrast settings.

Accessibility Features

– Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks for assistive tools
– Keyboard-only navigation and logical tab order
– Color contrast and scalable fonts
– Descriptive link/button labels
– Accessible validation and error messages
– Configurable forms, layouts, and input controls

Form & Content Design

Collabit allows customers to design and deploy custom forms and content within the platform. We provide guidance and best practices on building accessible forms, but final accessibility may depend on customer-specific form designs and content choices. We strongly encourage customers to follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards when designing forms and workflows.

Ongoing Commitment

Our development team is trained in accessible design. We regularly test and review the platform for accessibility barriers, and welcome feedback from all users.

Known Limitations & Exceptions

Some advanced features or customer-uploaded content may not be fully accessible. We continue to improve our accessibility roadmap and provide alternatives where possible.
