Onboarding is scoped and priced with you before you commit, as a one-off implementation fee.

Onboarding questions
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope, how ready your data is, the number of users and any integrations. As a guide, a full CAFM implementation typically takes three to five months. We agree the milestones with you at the start.
Do we have to change everything at once?
No. We can agree priorities and a phased approach where that suits your operation.
What happens to our existing records?
We agree which records move, how they map into Collabit and how samples will be checked. Any history outside the migration scope gets an agreed retention and access plan.
Can we move from Joblogic, Simpro or spreadsheets?
Yes. We agree what can be exported, what needs cleaning and what should come across, including documents and photos where your current system allows it.
